In line with the trend of Basque cider houses but keeping the style of Dutch buildings with large windows and brick surfaces, Sagardi Amsterdam offers cosy spaces entirely inspired by the Basque “txokos” (gastronomic societies), where Basque members gather to cook, experiment with new culinary techniques, eat and socialise.
